Job summary

Graham Manufacturing seeks a Process Planner to develop manufacturing plans for equipment fabrication. You will collaborate with project engineering, manufacturing and quality to ensure all steps meet customer specifications and ship dates.

You will coordinate with Supply Chain/Purchasing to secure materials, maintain build flows, and adjust schedules to fit capacity while meeting due dates. Opportunities for continuous improvement and SOP maintenance are included.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Associate’s Degree preferred in Business, Engineering or related Science.
• 3+ years in manufacturing engineering or process planning.
• 5+ years direct fabrication experience acceptable in lieu of planning.
• Willing to work overtime as required.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain the manufacturing build flow for assigned orders.
• Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing and quality to meet customer specs.
• Communicate with Supply Chain/Purchasing to establish material need-by dates.
• Adjust start dates to balance demand with capacity and due dates.
• Develop and maintain build flow templates and SOPs.
