• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent is required.
• Experience level: All levels considered; willingness to work overtime and travel.
• Strong communication and project management skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary technical and project management conduit between Graham and customer teams.
• Lead custom-engineered equipment projects from contract award through shop fabrication and delivery.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders to ensure customer requirements are addressed.
• Monitor progress and report status, risks, and schedule impacts to stakeholders.
