Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
• 1-15 years of experience mentioned in the candidate profile.
• Willingness to work overtime and travel may be required.
• Ability to work independently with some supervision and in a team setting.
• Experience with design for manufacture, test, and CAD/FEA calculations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production with problem solving and lean improvements.
• Communicate with shop staff, QA/QC inspectors, and engineering staff daily.
• Engage leadership to set and achieve goals and drive improvements.
• Participate in product design/development including DFx and DfM considerations.
• Lead meetings and process improvement teams to drive continuous improvement.
