Job summary

Kraft Heinz Company is seeking a Process Owner for KHMS in Escalon, CA. You will lead the KHMS TRIO and specific processes, define goals, design workflows, set KPIs, and drive continuous improvement across production and quality systems.

You will collaborate with QA, Safety, and plant leadership to ensure safety, efficiency, and right-first-time production, while mentoring teams and managing documentation and audits.

Qualifications

• Degree in a related field preferred; 1 year leadership in food/beverage manufacturing is preferred.
• Solid understanding of process improvement methods.
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills; ability to work with others.

Responsibilities

• Define the process mission, objectives, scope, inputs, outputs, and integration with other processes.
• Establish KPIs, monitor performance, report results, and ensure targets are met.
• Identify improvement opportunities, lead change initiatives, and assess process maturity.
• Collaborate with QA, Safety, and plant resources to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
• Lead operational meetings and mentor CI/Process leads.
• Assist supervisor with crewing plans to optimize performance and reduce overtime.
