Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
• 2-5 years of experience in high-volume manufacturing.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Value Stream Mapping, and capital projects is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication and problem-solving skills.

Aufgaben

• Develop, test, and implement process adjustments and new techniques to reduce costs and waste, and to improve safety, quality, efficiency, and reliability.
• Maintain and improve the Quality System, calibrations, quality alerts, nonconforming material disposition, and training on quality matters.
• Lead safety initiatives and drive safety improvements through root cause analysis and SOPs.
• Provide troubleshooting on dies, tooling, and machine parts to improve production processes.
• Train and monitor operators on die setup/changeover techniques and CAD-derived tooling updates.
• Design new parts to improve machine performance and revise tooling prints using CAD/SolidWorks.
• Plan capacity and manage capital projects from quoting to implementation; support maintenance with RCA and preventive maintenance.
