Qualifications

• Enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in a relevant discipline.
• Anticipated graduation between December 2027 and May 2029.
• GPA >= 3.0.
• Available to work full-time for 12 weeks during summer 2027.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Develop basic knowledge of Sheets Production processes and James Hardie equipment.
• Navigate and apply SOPs and related documentation.
• Engage with production floor employees to understand standards.
