You will work on an engineering-focused project across training documentation, process-water pretreatment, or warehouse organization, collaborating with operators and technical partners to drive cost savings and operational improvements. Ideal candidates are enrolled in an engineering bachelor’s program with a 3.0+ GPA, available for summer 2027, and authorized to work in the

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a bachelor’s program in Industrial, Chemical, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Available for 12 weeks full-time during Summer 2027.
• US work authorization required.
• Reliable transportation to the work location.

Responsibilities

• Review and update training manuals and SOPs; close gaps and outdated content.
• Shadow operators and update priority documentation with SMEs.
• Complete materials for raw materials, rollerhand, and stackerhand activities.
• Evaluate pretreatment needs and develop equipment specs, cost estimates, and installation scope.
• Study warehouse layout and material flow; identify time-saving opportunities and report findings.
