Talent Solutions Partners is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer for a state-of-the-art production facility that makes architectural wood doors. This hands-on role reports to the Automation Engineering Manager and focuses on improving day-to-day manufacturing performance.

The ideal candidate has an associate degree in Mechanical/Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering and 3+ years of manufacturing engineering experience in assembly operations.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Mechanical/Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering is required.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with all levels of staff.
• Prior project management experience from start to finish is desirable.
• Prior capital project experience is helpful.

Responsabilités

• Be responsible for solving hands-on manufacturing problems to improve day-to-day performance of operations while collaborating with Production, Continuous Improvement, Maintenance, and Engineering.
• Develop practical solutions and ensure improvements are implemented and sustained.
• Maintain a strong presence on the manufacturing floor and work directly with operators, supervisors, and department leadership.
• Coordinate efforts to plan, design, develop and validate manufacturing processes and improvements to existing processes.
• Improve processes and eliminate waste in key constraint areas.
• Develop and drive metrics with Production Teams.]
• Improve Safety, Quality, Productivity, and Delivery in assigned areas.
