Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes for electronic and electro-mechanical assemblies.
• Design and deploy tooling and fixtures to improve production efficiency and quality.
• Justify capital equipment investments to support capacity and improvements.
• Partner with Design Engineering to ensure manufacturability and smooth production transitions.
• Validate processes, tooling, and documentation for new products.
