Qualifications

• Associate degree in mechanical or manufacturing engineering or related field.
• 3+ years in manufacturing engineering or technician role.
• Experience with automated manufacturing equipment and control systems preferred.
• Proficient with SolidWorks and AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design, development, and testing of manufacturing processes.
• Monitor and optimize production processes for efficiency and quality.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of manufacturing equipment.
• Collaborate with engineers to implement new manufacturing technologies and methods.
• Collect and analyze data to identify areas for process improvements.
• Develop and update technical documentation and standard operating procedures.
• Support production teams in achieving manufacturing goals and timelines.
• Train and assist operators on new equipment and processes.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
