Qualifications

• BS in Electrical, Mechanical, Materials Engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years of failure analysis, data analysis and problem-solving.
• Solid knowledge of statistical analysis techniques and SPC.
• Effective communication and documentation skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to handle multiple high priorities and work with all levels.

Responsibilities

• Conduct root cause analysis on products and components, create detailed data-driven reports, and recommend solutions.
• Implement process controls to prevent escapes to customers.
• Use data analysis to identify gaps and drive improvements.
• Operate process equipment, test instruments, and precision gauges as needed.
• Optimize manufacturing and testing processes and pursue cost-reduction opportunities.
• Provide daily floor support for rework and coaching of operators.
