Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or related S.T.E.M. area required.
• Knowledge of CAD software is essential.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and SPC concepts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve manufacturing processes focusing on SQDC.
• Create and manage project plans for process development.
• Specify and procure new manufacturing equipment.

Skills

CAD skills (Autodesk, Solidworks)

Knowledge of GD&T

Fluency in MS Office

Familiarity with ERP systems

Statistical Process Control (SPC)

Lean Manufacturing concepts

Education

Associate or bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
