Job summary

Form Energy is hiring a Quality Engineer to drive product and process improvements across the full development lifecycle at our Weirton facility. You will create and document quality processes, join cross‑functional teams, and work with Design/Manufacturing Eng. and Suppliers to tackle quality and manufacturability challenges.

This is a hands‑on IC role spanning R&D through SOP deliveries. Relocation assistance is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field.
• 0–3 years in quality engineering or manufacturing roles.
• Familiarity with SPC and PFMEAs preferred.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and wiring diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and document measurement, inspection, and test methods for Control Plans.
• Support change management and development experiments.
• Review PFMEAs and Control Plans and assist with updates.
• Identify and resolve manufacturing quality issues.
• Participate in continuous improvement with Design/Manufacturing Eng. and suppliers.
• Support SPC activities and reduce manufacturing variation.
• Assist with non-conforming material control.
