Qualifications

• Knowledge of GD&T principles.
• Understanding of ERP systems and product code creation.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and SPC.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve manufacturing processes focused on SQDC.
• Manage project plans for process development activities.
• Provide ROI justifications for equipment improvements.
• Procure new manufacturing equipment and prepare for production.
• Optimize process parameters and documentation.
• Assist in custom tooling design.

Skills

CAD (e.g. Autodesk suite or Solidworks)

Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)

Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing

Statistical Process Control (SPC)

6 sigma concepts

Fluency in MS Office
