Job summary

ADVICS Manufacturing Georgia, LLC in LaGrange, Georgia is seeking a Manufacturing Process Engineer to develop and implement cost-effective production processes aligned with product specs and quality standards. You will lead process improvements, coordinate launches for new or revised products, train teams, and partner with cross-functional teams to reduce waste and improve efficiency.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
Associate's degree in mechanical engineering or related field with 2+ years of related job experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Knowledge of Oracle Systems; proficiency preferred.
Experience and/or training in safe work environments and capital improvement.
CAD proficiency, preferred.
PLC proficiency, preferred.

Responsibilities

Develops and implements cost-effective manufacturing processes and methods.
Leads process improvement and training on changes.
Prepares plans and coordinates deployment of improvement projects.
Assists manufacturing in improving production control, SOPs, safety, quality control and training.
Performs research, designs and development of manufacturing processes and equipment.
