Job summary

ADVICS Manufacturing Ohio Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer I to lead the introduction of new products and process improvements in our Lebanon, Ohio facility. You will plan and implement manufacturing processes and equipment for assigned projects within cost targets.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, up to 3 years of experience, CAD proficiency, and PLC/CNC know‑how. You will collaborate across Quality, Manufacturing and Maintenance, and support Kaizen initiatives and

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; entry level up to 3 years experience or equivalent.
Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and drawings.
Strong problem solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Coordinate introduction of processes, tooling, fixtures and changes in manufacturing.
Develop cost estimates and data for new or improved processes.
Train team members on new or improved processes as needed.
Ensure safety of equipment and processes to prevent injury or illness.
Act as liaison between Quality, Manufacturing, and Maintenance; coordinate with suppliers.
Participate in Kaizen and value engineering efforts.
Budget justification and scheduling for assigned projects; stay current with new tech.
