Qualifications

• Proven ability to analyze and optimize processes using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar.
• Experience with SPC and data analysis tools (JMP, Minitab, R).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency and quality.
• Conduct process analysis, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements.
• Create and maintain process documentation, including work instructions and control plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new products into production.
• Utilize SPC and other analytical tools to monitor process performance.
• Troubleshoot process issues and implement corrective actions.
• Evaluate new technologies, equipment, and materials for manufacturing improvements.
• Ensure safety, quality, and environmental regulations in designs and operations.
