Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong ability to analyze complex processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement effective solutions for improvement.
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and other process improvement tools.

Responsibilities

• Designs, implements, and optimizes manufacturing processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Conducts root cause analysis and develops corrective actions for production issues.
• Develops and maintains process documentation, including standard operating procedures and flowcharts.
• Utilizes statistical process control (SPC) and other quality tools to monitor and improve process performance.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to implement new products and process changes.
• Identifies and implements automation opportunities to enhance productivity and reduce manual effort.
• Manages process improvement projects from conception through completion.
