Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, and data analysis tools.
• Proficiency in process simulation software and CAD tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for deviations and quality issues.
• Design and execute experiments to validate process improvements and new product introductions.
• Create and maintain SOPs and process flow diagrams.
• Collaborate with R&D, Production, Quality to ensure successful scale-up and transfer.
• Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Provide technical support and training to production personnel on process matters.
