Job summary

Paycom is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer in Grapevine, TX to drive lean initiatives, optimize production processes, and ensure product quality and on-time delivery. You’ll lead continuous improvement efforts across the manufacturing floor and collaborate with cross-functional teams on new product introductions.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent; industrial engineering is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Electronic Manufacturing Engineering.
• Lean Manufacturing/Continuous Improvement Kaizen Leadership.
• Must be able to work occasional overtime.
• PLC and HMI programming experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight of the manufacture of products ensuring engineering documentation aligns with manufacturing and service methods.
• Verify performance validation tests for production introduction.
• Determine root cause of handling problems of products.
• Lead continuous improvements in quality, productivity, and delivery by deploying a CI framework.
• Manage assigned projects in support of division, plant, and project objectives.
