Job summary

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent; ideally Industrial engineering focus.
• Lean Manufacturing/Continuous Improvement Kaizen leadership experience preferred.
• Solid understanding of manufacturing process structure.
• PLC and HMI programming experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight of the manufacture of products to ensure that engineering documentation is consistent with manufacturing and service methods employed.
• Work within company policies to manage aspects of new product introduction.
• Verify performance validation tests for introduction into Production Test.
• Determine root cause of handling problems of products.
• Assist with Assembly and Test personnel training.
• Provide leadership in supporting continuous improvements in quality, productivity, and delivery performance by deploying a continuous improvement framework.
• Support Environmental Health and Safety projects to promote a Zero Incident Safety Culture.
• Manage all assigned projects in support of division, plant, and project objectives.
