Job summary

The Gund Company in Euless, Texas is seeking a Process Engineer I to help enhance manufacturing safety, quality and efficiency. You will contribute to Lean initiatives, data-driven improvements, and capital projects on the production floor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
• 2-3 years of manufacturing engineering experience preferred.
• Knowledge of engineering principles and continuous improvement concepts.
• CAD or SolidWorks experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• A curious mindset and passion for making things better every day.

Responsibilities

• Improve manufacturing processes to enhance safety, quality, efficiency, and cost performance.
• Support Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen initiatives that drive real business results.
• Analyze production data, identify trends, and recommend process improvements.
• Participate in root cause investigations and problem-solving activities.
• Lead and support continuous improvement and capital projects.
• Create CAD drawings, process documentation, work instructions, and training materials.
• Collaborate with operators, leaders, and engineering teams to solve manufacturing challenges.
• Gain hands-on exposure to equipment, materials, and advanced manufacturing processes.
