Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 0–3 years of manufacturing engineering experience.
• Experience with sheet metal, CNC, and assembly processes preferred.
• Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks) and MS Office.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; proactive issue resolution.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing manufacturing processes for new products or improvements.
• Analyze and optimize existing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot process issues and implement corrective actions.
• Participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving to address deviations or non-conformances.
• Create or validate assembly drawings, instructions, CAD packages, and BOMs for new product releases to vendors.
• Maintain accurate documentation of manufacturing processes including SOPs and process specs.
