Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing/Industrial/Mechanical/Material Science with 4+ years of experience.
• Lean manufacturing, process documentation, and control methods proficiency.
• Excellent communication and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
• US citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Develop prototype and production manufacturing processes with equipment, tooling, and test fixtures.
• Support New Product Introduction including new equipment and work instructions; perform DFM.
• Create and maintain detailed process travelers and work instructions for new and modified parts.
• Support production cell focused on thick film, thin film, substrate manufacturing, and electroplating.
• Evaluate processes to ensure quality and safety; drive continuous improvement initiatives.
