Job summary

Mitsubishi Electric Power Products, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Process Engineer I to support development and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes, products, and production methods.

You will liaise between Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Purchasing, and suppliers to boost efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering and 1–3 years in manufacturing, with strong CAD, ERP/MRP, and lean manufacturing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 1-3 years manufacturing experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience accepted.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and lean principles.

Responsibilities

• Serve as cross-functional engineering liaison between Design, Manufacturing, and Quality.
• Develop and improve manufacturing processes and methods.
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce costs and improve quality.
• Support BOMs and manufacturing structures.
• Maintain manufacturing documentation and procedures.
