Job summary

AGS - American Gaming Systems in Oklahoma City is seeking a Manufacturing Process Engineer to develop, optimize, and standardize manufacturing processes, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety. You will collaborate with production and engineering teams to analyze issues and implement practical solutions using Lean methods.

Responsibilities include designing new processes, reducing waste, maintaining SOPs and BOMs, and supporting product launches with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering – Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial preferred; or equivalent work experience.
• 0–3 years of relevant work experience in manufacturing engineering or related field.
• Exposure to sheet metal, CNC processes, and assembly processes is preferred.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g. SolidWorks) preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products – Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Create or validate assembly drawings, instructions, CAD packages, and BOMs for new product releases to vendors.
• Maintain documentation of manufacturing processes, including SOPs, work instructions, and process specifications.
