Holley Performance Brands is seeking an Industrial Manufacturing Engineer for its El Paso, TX facility. The role collaborates with operations, quality, and engineering teams to design, improve, and support manufacturing processes, tooling, and equipment.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in a related field and has 3+ years in manufacturing or process engineering, with proficiency in CAD/CAM and SPC.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (or related field).
• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing or process engineering.
• Experience evaluating and troubleshooting manufacturing processes and machinery.
• Proficiency with CAD/CAM software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and data analysis tools.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and Statistical Process Control (SPC).
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across operations, quality, and engineering teams.

Mansioni

• Design, develop, and implement manufacturing processes, equipment, and procedures for assigned areas of the plant.
• Lead continuous improvement efforts using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.
• Participate in future state planning, capacity planning, and cost reduction initiatives.
• Evaluate expenditures for processes and equipment and prepare cost justifications for capital projects.
• Lead continuous improvement efforts using structured methodologies to improve safety, quality, delivery, inventory, productivity and overall cost.
• Design tooling, fixtures, and work holding for CNC machining and other operations using CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
• Create and maintain CAM programs for CNC milling machines and lathes.
• Test, monitor, and troubleshoot equipment, including automated, robotic, and PLC-controlled systems.
• Plan and implement plant improvements and expansions.
• Prepare reports, analyze data, and make recommendations for improving plant operations and solving maintenance-related problems.
