Holley Performance Brands, founded in 1903, is a leading designer, manufacturer, and marketer of high-performance automotive aftermarket products. Our El Paso facility seeks an Industrial Manufacturing Engineer to design, improve, and support manufacturing processes and equipment.

The role collaborates across operations, quality, and engineering, driving Lean/Six Sigma initiatives and data-driven improvements to safety, quality, delivery, and cost.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing or process engineering.
• Experience evaluating and troubleshooting manufacturing processes and machinery.
• Proficiency with CAD/CAM software and data analysis tools.
• Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and Statistical Process Control (SPC).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across operations, quality, and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement manufacturing processes, equipment, and procedures for assigned areas of the plant.
• Lead continuous improvement efforts using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma methodologies.
• Design tooling, fixtures, and work holding for CNC operations using CAD software.
• Create and maintain CAM programs for CNC milling machines and lathes.
• Test, monitor, and troubleshoot equipment, including automated, robotic, and PLC-controlled systems.
• Prepare reports, analyze data, and make recommendations for improving plant operations.
