You will release tickets, review daily schedules, and coordinate with quality, sales, customer service, engineering, and product management to ensure on-time production.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 2–5 years of manufacturing experience, strong Excel and ERP/MRP skills (Syteline, SAP, Oracle), and a proactive mindset

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2–5 years in manufacturing.
• Strong Excel and data analysis ability.
• Familiarity with MRP/ERP systems (Syteline, SAP, Oracle).
• Excellent communication and decision-making in fast-paced settings.
• Experience with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage short- and long-term production schedules.
• Allocate resources and release production tickets.
• Review schedules daily to meet business needs.
• Use MRP data and ERP/BI tools to guide decisions.
• Coordinate with production, quality, sales, and engineering.
• Identify material shortages and communicate needs.
• Track inventory levels and ensure top SKUs are available.
