Qualifications

• Experience with design and validation in manufacturing environments is desirable.
• Knowledge of SPC, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing and AI tool usage is expected.

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing processes through NPD with DFM, validation protocols and workflow improvements.
• Develop and execute test protocols for software/firmware changes affecting products.
• Perform failure investigations and implement preventive actions.
