GAF is seeking a Process Engineer to optimize manufacturing operations and develop processes to meet quality, cost and efficiency goals. You will drive root-cause resolution and sustain process improvements using KT tools and trials, while maintaining process specifications and documentation.

The role includes leading design reviews, qualifications, SPC training, SOP standardization, and cross-functional collaboration to improve production performance and safety standards across the plant.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with 2+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of engineering fundamentals.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Suite, PLC and AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Lead process design reviews and qualification studies.
• Perform PPA/FMEA on major changes.
• Train personnel on SPC and quality policies.
• Standardize SOPs and work instructions to maximize productivity and control costs.
• Analyze processes/equipment for failures and implement improvements.
• Collaborate on plant safety and continuous improvement projects.
