GAF is seeking a Process Engineer to optimize operations, drive quality, cost and efficiency improvements through KT tools, SPC, and robust process validation. You will lead design reviews, qualify materials, train personnel on SPC, and coordinate plant trials with R&D and production teams to sustain best-in-class manufacturing performance.

Applicants should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and at least two years in a manufacturing setting; advanced proficiency with Google Suite, PLC and

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering and 2+ years in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of SPC, root cause analysis and process improvement.
• Experience training personnel on quality and manufacturing processes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead process design reviews and material qualification.
• Perform PPA/FMEA on major changes.
• Train personnel on Statistical Process Control (SPC).
• Coordinate plant trials with R&D and production teams.
• Standardize SOPs and work instructions to control costs.
• Analyze processes and equipment for failures and implement solutions.
• Support plant safety improvements and continuous improvement projects.
