PrideNow is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer II to support and enhance manufacturing operations in Staunton, VA. You will drive process improvements, support production, and lead lean initiatives across cross-functional teams to boost efficiency, quality, safety, and cost.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 4–6+ years of related manufacturing engineering experience.
• Experience with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience analyzing manufacturing processes and implementing process improvements.
• Preferred: SolidWorks, AutoCAD 2D, and MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Quality, Supply Chain, Maintenance, and Production teams to improve manufacturing processes.
• Lead and participate in continuous improvement and Kaizen events.
• Analyze production processes, labor standards, workflow, and staffing to improve efficiency.
• Collect and analyze operational data to optimize facility layout, equipment utilization, and workflow.
• Develop work instructions, training checklists, and training matrices.
• Support new product introductions (NPI) by improving manufacturability and defining production processes.
• Assist with tooling and equipment selection, obtain vendor quotes, and manage projects from implementation through employee training.
• Provide technical support and collaborate with cross-functional teams on manufacturing initiatives.
