Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
- 6+ years of related manufacturing engineering experience.
- Experience with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Quality, Supply Chain, Maintenance, and Production teams to improve manufacturing processes.
- Lead continuous improvement and Kaizen events to optimize operations.
- Analyze production processes, staffing, workflow, and data to improve efficiency.
- Define tooling and equipment requirements; obtain vendor quotes; manage projects from implementation to training.
- Mentor less experienced engineers and provide technical leadership on projects.
