Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Aeronautical/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of work experience, preferably in aircraft or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing process issues.
• Develop and improve processes and tooling to increase efficiency and quality.
• Interface with quality, engineering and production to integrate new products or processes.
• Lead cross-department projects for process improvements.
• Design testing methods and establish manufacturing standards for tools and fixtures.
