Job summary

First Solar Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to install and qualify new process equipment and troubleshoot day-to-day issues on the production line. The role focuses on throughput, yield, and product performance improvements through data-driven analysis.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in engineering with 3+ years First Solar experience, or 6+ years technical work in manufacturing.
• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. in engineering with no experience required; experience preferred.
• Certifications/experience can substitute for degree requirements with peer training and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Solve day-to-day production, equipment, and process problems.
• Install and qualify new equipment.
