The Recruiting Hive is hiring a Manufacturing Engineer for our Wisconsin facilities. This hands-on role reports to the Automation Engineering Manager and focuses on solving day-to-day manufacturing problems on the floor.

You will partner with Production, Maintenance, and Continuous Improvement teams to analyze processes, reduce waste, and implement practical improvements that sustain KPIs. relocation assistance may be available.

Competenze

• Associate degree in Mechanical/Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering is required.
• 3+ years’ experience as a Manufacturing Engineer in a custom assembly operation.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with all levels of staff.
• Self-starter with ability to work independently and on a team.
• Prior project management experience is highly desirable.

Mansioni

• Solve hands-on manufacturing problems to improve day-to-day operations.
• Collaborate with Production, CI, Maintenance, and Engineering to meet KPIs.
• Develop and sustain practical process improvements and drive change.
• Maintain floor presence and resolve day-to-day process issues with operators and supervisors.
• Coordinate design, development, and validation of manufacturing processes and improvements.
• Drive improvements in safety, quality, productivity, and delivery.
• Develop and track metrics with Production Teams.
