Job summary

Ridgemont Resources, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer for a hands-on role in a state-of-the-art door production facility in Wisconsin.

You will report to the Automation Engineering Manager and collaborate with Production, Continuous Improvement, Maintenance, and Engineering to improve day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate has an associate degree in Mechanical/Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering, 3+ years of manufacturing engineering in a custom assembly setting, and a proven

Qualifications

Associate degree in Mechanical/Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering required.
3+ years' experience as Manufacturing Engineer in a custom assembly operation.
Ability to work independently and with a team.
Strong communication skills across all staff levels.
Prior project management experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Solve hands-on manufacturing problems to improve day-to-day performance on the floor.
Drive process improvements to meet KPIs.
Develop and implement practical solutions; sustain improvements.
Work closely with operators, supervisors, and leadership to resolve issues.
Coordinate design, development, and validation of processes.
Develop and drive manufacturing metrics with Production Teams.
Improve safety, quality, productivity, and delivery in assigned areas.
Eliminate waste in key constraint areas.
