RRC Solutions Group is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer for our state-of-the-art production facility in Wisconsin. This hands-on role works closely with Production, Continuous Improvement, Maintenance, and Engineering to improve day-to-day manufacturing performance.

You will develop practical solutions, influence change, and drive teams from problem identification through execution and follow-up, reporting to the Automation Engineering Manager.

Competenze

• Bachelor's level knowledge not required; an associate degree is required.
• Minimum 3 years as a Manufacturing Engineer in a custom assembly environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Prior project management experience is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication across all levels of staff.

• Solve hands-on manufacturing problems to improve day-to-day operations with Production, CI, Maintenance, and Engineering.
• Apply process improvement skills to meet KPIs.
• Develop practical solutions and ensure improvements are implemented and sustained.
• Maintain a strong presence on the manufacturing floor, collaborating with operators and leadership.
• Escalate complex issues requiring deeper process analysis and technical problem solving.
• Plan, design, and validate manufacturing processes and improvements to existing ones.
• Improve safety, quality, productivity, and delivery in assigned areas.
• Develop and drive metrics in collaboration with Production Teams.
