Saint Cyr Partners in Manitowoc, WI is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to work hands-on on process improvements and daily manufacturing optimizations. You will report to the Automation Engineering Manager and collaborate closely with production, maintenance and engineering teams.

The role emphasizes practical problem solving, on-floor presence, and driving changes that sustain gains. Relocation is available if needed, and a strong safety and growth culture is highlighted.

Competenze

• Associate degree in Mechanical/Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering is required.
• 3+ years experience as a Manufacturing Engineer in a custom assembly operation.
• Self-starter who can work independently and on a team.
• Prior leadership experience is important because this is an independent role with the manager based at another plant.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with all levels of staff.
