This is an onsite, hands-on role supporting a 24/7 manufacturing operation.
The position requires regular presence on the production floor and alignment with 12-hour production shifts as needed to support troubleshooting, process improvements, and key production activities.
This structure allows you to be closer to the process, respond in real time, and make faster, more effective improvements - not just analyze problems after the fact.
A typical day could include troubleshooting a process issue on the floor, running a trial, and working directly with operators to stabilize and improve performance.
