Job summary

Flexcraft is growing, and we’re hiring experienced Process Technicians who know how to run molding equipment the right way. If you’re currently working in plastics and want a more stable, structured environment where your work is respected and your skills are valued, this is a strong next step.

You’ll monitor injection molding and blow molding machines, perform mold changes, startups, and process adjustments while maintaining quality and documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing (plastics strongly preferred).
• Ability to perform setups, adjustments, and troubleshooting independently.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Experience using calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-focused.
• Someone who takes ownership of their machines and output.

Responsibilities

• Monitor machines and keep production running efficiently.
• Perform mold changes, startups, and process adjustments.
• Troubleshoot equipment, tooling, and process issues.
• Catch problems early and correct them before they escalates.
• Work with Quality to verify product specs.
• Complete documentation and maintain clean, organized work areas.
• Support and mentor less experienced team members.

What You’ll Be Working On

• Injection molding & blow molding machines
• Mold changes, startups, and process adjustments
• Auxiliary equipment (material handling, grinders, etc.)
• Quality measurement and process control
