Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in manufacturing routers (Costpoint or similar ERP), proficiency with MS Office, and strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience developing, maintaining, and optimizing manufacturing routers in an ERP system (Costpoint or similar).
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Able to maintain accurate records and follow procedures for safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Build and operate RF furnaces and basic electro-mechanical systems used in crystal growth and fabrication.
• Prepare and mix raw materials according to specified compositions and process requirements.
• Monitor crystal growth processes and track operations to support production outcomes.
• Maintain records of processing steps and results in logs and databases.
• Follow established procedures to support reliable day-to-day operations.
