Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories (SEL) is seeking a Process Engineer to join our Manufacturing Operations team in West Lafayette, IN. You will identify opportunities to improve manufacturing processes, helping to increase efficiency, quality, and safety across operations.

You will work closely with production and other teams to troubleshoot issues, implement process improvements, and support day-to-day manufacturing activities.

Competenze

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Two years' experience in process development in a world class manufacturing company.
• Ability to lead a cross functional team and influence others.
