Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience preferred
• Bachelor in engineering preferred but comparable experience considered
• Internships accepted as job experience
• Comparable backgrounds include Manufacturing Engineer, Process Engineer, Tool & dye maker, Design Engineer

Responsibilities

• 30% office and 70% shop floor support for PCN, testing and validating process improvements
• Work with operators to maintain processes and prepare reports and process review documents
• Collaborate with quality, operations, and design teams to validate new processes and improvements
• Support daily manufacturing operations and be a key team member reporting to the Engineering Manager
