Job summary

Productive Resources is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join our East Moline, IL team. You will plan, coordinate, and perform manufacturing engineering work for projects and processes within cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities include implementing continuous improvement, establishing SOE, layouts, and OMS, and collaborating with SAP and MES to support manufacturing controls. A Bachelor's in Engineering is required; growth opportunities are available within our firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an Engineering/Technology discipline.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a cross-functional team.
• Self-starter with the ability to execute tasks autonomously.
• Problem solving mindset with bias toward action.
• Experience with engineering tools, systems and databases.

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement continuous improvement projects impacting safety, quality, and manufacturing efficiency.
• Establish sequence of events (SOE), work center layouts, torque tools, fixtures, and OMS for current operations.
• Work with SAP and MES to perform engineering functions and develop process controls.
