Job summary

Bosch USA in Charleston, SC seeks a Process Group Manufacturing Engineer to own assigned manufacturing processes, improve capability, and eliminate chronic losses. You will develop deep expertise in welding, pressing, and related technologies and lead root-cause investigations.

You will collaborate with Line Planners to drive long-term technical excellence, implement new technologies, validate changes, and establish robust standards that keep processes capable, reliable, and competitive.

Qualifications

• Experience owning and improving manufacturing processes.
• Knowledge of 8D, A3, DOE, SPC, PFMEA methodologies.
• Ability to use data to drive process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned manufacturing processes and define standards.
• Lead chronic/problem investigations and implement permanent actions.
• Drive safety, quality, productivity, and cost improvements through projects.
• Develop PFMEAs, control plans, and process documentation.
• Validate engineering changes and support new technology implementation.
