Job summary

Bosch Charleston is seeking qualified manufacturing engineers to launch our next phase of e-mobility production at the Charleston, SC site. The role requires a hands-on, problem-solving mindset and a solid grasp of manufacturing principles to drive efficiency and quality in high-volume assembly.

You will own gearset/transmission loop processes, support PFMEA and control plans, develop best practices, and collaborate with internal and external partners across functional teams and international

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Engineering or similar field.
• Self-starter with curiosity and willingness to lead development of technical processes.
• At least three years’ experience in automated, industrial manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Process owner for gearset/transmission loop of the e-Axle production line.
• Understand transmission components and verification processes (measurement, meshing, etc.).
• Develops best practices for processes and creates training/documentation.
• Support PFMEA and Control Plan development.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners for process and equipment optimizations.
• Coordinate with lead plants and international networks on latest technologies.
