Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a manufacturing engineering field or equivalent.
• 5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience in production.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, and production systems.
• Experience leading process improvements and technical projects.
• Proficiency with engineering drawings, specifications, and process documentation.
• Strong data analysis and statistical problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and optimize manufacturing processes and SOPs.
• Lead process improvements for safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Support NPI with process development, tooling and readiness.
• Act as technical authority for methods, equipment and materials.
• Lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma and other CI methodologies.
• Specify and validate production equipment, tooling and automation.
• Lead capital projects from concept to handoff.
• Ensure equipment capability, reliability, safety compliance.
• Collaborate with Quality to meet standards and audits.
• Support PFMEAs, control plans, and validation.
• Mentor junior engineers and share expertise.
• Advise management on manufacturing strategy.
• Maintain professionalism and ethical behavior.
