Job summary

Robert Bosch Group seeks a Manufacturing Engineer to drive e-Mobility production in Charleston, SC. You will own final assembly processes for electrified motors and axles, develop best practices, and lead production planning. Expect cross-functional teamwork across global partners and hands-on problem solving to improve efficiency.

The role requires a BS in Engineering, 3+ years in automated manufacturing, and willingness to travel internationally, with a structured, proactive approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or similar field.
• Self-starter with curiosity to develop technical processes.
• Experience in automated, industrial manufacturing (min 3 years).
• Able to work cross-functionally and with international teams.
• Willingness to travel internationally and adapt to changes.

Responsibilities

• Own final assembly processes for electrified motors and axles.
• Develop best practices and create training documentation.
• Create and execute production plans.
• Support IPN processes and standards.
• Assist with process improvements and problem solving.
• Develop PFMEA and Control Plans from customer requirements.
• Collaborate with internal/external partners for optimizations.
• Communicate with lead plants and global networks on advances.
• Participate in customer-required process assessments and audits.
